O’Kelley Architecture is led by its founder, Michael O’Kelley. After graduating from Auburn University in 1996, Michael spent many years as a principal at a larger commercial design firm in Birmingham before leaving to start his own practice. We are a full-service architectural firm, with a focus on small to mid-size commercial projects, worship facilities, and custom residential projects. We were fortunate to have been invited to participate in this project through our long-standing relationship with Myrick Gurosky + Associates, which includes collaborations on multiple projects for the North American Mission Board.

As an integral part of the design team Hyde Engineering with offices in Birmingham and Huntsville, AL, strives to help clients reach their design goals. The company has more than 60 years combined electrical engineering experience specializing in design lighting, power distribution, primary power systems, emergency power systems, fire alarm systems, lighting controls, theatrical lighting, sound systems, intercom systems, and security systems.

MW/Davis Dumas & Associates (MW/DDA) began in 1970 as Miller & Weaver, Inc. We are a family-owned business located in Birmingham, Alabama. We provide consulting engineering services specializing in the design of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems as well as energy analysis and commissioning for new construction, renovations and additions.

Stilt Group provides remarkable, well-crafted design solutions for commercial real estate. We work well together with architects, interior designers, brokers, builders, developers, property owners and managers. We help bring ideas to life in 3D. We hope this new building helps bring hope to the community of Sutherland Springs.

Walthall & Associates, Inc. is a design consulting firm specializing in providing acoustical, audio, video, automation-control and production lighting solutions. Experience and specialty includes religious facilities, performing arts and sporting venues, educational institutions, and corporate spaces.

Geoscience Engineering & Testing, Inc. was founded in 1987 and works primarily in the fields of Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing. Our corporate office is in Houston, TX with branch offices in The Woodlands, TX and San Antonio, TX. We are accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation in Geotechnical Testing and Construction Materials Testing. It is a privilege and an honor to work on the new church. The devastation the church has suffered will not dim the light of our savior, Jesus Christ.

Myrick Gurosky + Associates (MG+A) is honored to lead the effort alongside NAMB to help rebuild First Baptist Sutherland Springs.
