New partners come together to help restore Sutherland Springs

The North American Mission Board (NAMB) and Myrick, Gurosky & Associates (MG&A) continue to add construction partners for the new buildings for First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs where, on Nov. 5th, 2017, a shooter took the lives of 26 people during a Sunday morning service.

As the North American missions organization for the Southern Baptist Convention, NAMB has guaranteed the funding of the project on behalf of Southern Baptists. MG&A specializes in providing expertise during the development, design and construction phases. Since 1993, they have overseen the construction of over 250 churches along with healthcare, institutional, office and retail projects.

In May, NAMB and MG&A announced a list of partners who had committed to providing in-kind services and materials either at a discount or as a full donation. Since then, more partners have come on board, and opportunities to join the Restore Sutherland Springs project are still available.

A list of remaining goods and services still needed can be found at http://www.restoresutherlandsprings.com/donate-materials/. Contact MG&A’s Paul Head at phead@mgandassociates.com for more information and to partner.
